Water Testing & Treatment
We test before we sell you anything. Then we build a system around what your water actually contains.

Overview
Central Texas well water is hard, and depending on your formation it can carry iron, manganese, or hydrogen sulfide. All of that is treatable — but only if you know what you're treating. We start with a lab analysis, walk you through the results in plain language, and then size softening, filtration, or oxidation equipment to your household's flow rate. No off-the-shelf box that treats the wrong thing. We also handle FHA/VA-compliant well inspections and flow tests for real estate transactions.
Options
Kinds of water testing & treatment
Water Softeners
Ion-exchange softening sized to your hardness and daily use. Ends scale on fixtures, extends water heater life, and stops the film on glassware and skin.
Iron, Manganese & Sulfur
The orange staining and the rotten-egg smell come from dissolved iron and hydrogen sulfide — both common here, both removed by oxidation-filtration ahead of the softener.
Sediment & UV Disinfection
Cartridge and backwashing sediment filters for silt and grit, plus UV disinfection where a bacteria result calls for it.
Real Estate Inspections
Flow test, system inspection, and certified lab analysis for coliform, nitrate and arsenic — documented the way lenders and title companies need it, on a closing timeline.
“Had bad iron staining and a rotten-egg smell for years. They tested the water, installed the right treatment system, and now it's crystal clear. Wish I'd called them sooner.”
Questions
Common questions
At least once a year for coliform bacteria and nitrate, and any time the taste, smell, or appearance changes. Also test after flooding, after any work on the well, and before a home sale.
